About
From chemical engineering to enterprise customer experience
Based in Mexico City. I build experience programs for enterprise clients across Latin America, and I am building my career inside the international technology industry.
I obtained a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, and I have applied that training across product, operations, marketing, and customer success. The engineering discipline is what I kept: define the problem precisely, quantify it, and design a process that holds up when conditions change.
I work at Qualtrics as a Technical Success Manager. The role combines technical consulting, covering platform architecture, integrations, and adoption, with strategic account management for the largest enterprise accounts in Latin America. Before Qualtrics I was a product owner at Kavak, a purchasing and logistics lead who led ISO 9001 and SMETA certification from start to finish in four months, and a marketing intern at Red Bull responsible for activations and athlete logistics.
I am also co-founder of SOREIA, a Mexican home fragrance brand I built with Aline Chamlati. I developed the business plan and the financial model, sourced the artisans, and led the product line. Running a company has given me a direct view of margin, pricing, and execution that strengthens the commercial side of my work with enterprise clients.
The way I work is consistent across all of it. I take ownership without waiting to be assigned, I raise questions early when a decision requires information I do not yet have, and I act on feedback in the next cycle rather than filing it away.
I co-chair Q&Able, the accessibility employee resource group at Qualtrics in Mexico City, where we work to make the office and its processes usable for everyone. Outside work I have finished the Chicago Marathon and an Ironman 70.3, and I travel to hike and dive whenever I can.

How I work
Why accounts continue to work with me
Enterprise software is straightforward to purchase and difficult to use well. What separates a program that gets renewed from one that quietly stalls is rarely the platform. These are the three points clients and commercial colleagues raise most often.
Recommendations that get acted on
Every recommendation I make is tied to an objective the client is already pursuing, which is why it moves forward instead of being parked. It is also what makes expansion conversations straightforward: by the time the commercial discussion takes place, the account has already seen the case built from its own data.
A roadmap rather than a request queue
Most stalled programs are a collection of disconnected requests. I sequence the work so that each phase reduces the cost of the next, and tie every stage to an objective the client can defend internally. That is what turns a licence into a program with budget behind it.
Follow-through clients can plan around
Commitments made in a meeting are closed and reported back without the client having to follow up. Clients raise this more frequently than any technical point, and it is what earns the access required to solve the harder problems.
Outside work
Endurance sport and long trails
I have finished the Chicago Marathon and the Ironman 70.3 in La Quinta, and I plan my holidays around hiking. Training for a distance that cannot be improvised is the closest parallel I know to delivering a long program.
My vision
What I am building towards
My goal is to build my career inside a global technology company: to take on problems at a scale where the decisions carry real weight, and then to lead the people who solve them. Experience management is where that is happening today, and it is not the only place it could happen. My work has already moved across product, operations, marketing, and customer success, and I expect it to keep moving. The work I am looking for is the kind where a company hands over a problem that does not yet have a clean answer and trusts me to find one. I would rather be measured on what I built than on what I maintained.
Give me the account no one has been able to solve. That is the work I want, and the work I do best.
Qualtrics has been a good place to grow: three roles in under three years, two promotions, and a portfolio at a scale most people reach later. What I am looking for now is not an escape from that but a larger version of it, at a company operating across more markets, where the problems are bigger and there is further to climb. I am based in Mexico City, I am open to relocation for the right opportunity, and I am equally open to remote roles with international teams.
SOREIA is part of that ambition rather than a departure from it. Founding and running a company has taught me how margin, execution, and customer decisions behave when the consequences are immediate and there is no one else to escalate to. That is not a lesson any single role inside a large organisation can provide, and it is one I bring back to every enterprise conversation I have. My commitment is to the technology industry; SOREIA is what keeps my commercial judgement sharp.
Further out, I want to create a foundation that supports the development of people and communities, backing initiatives that widen access to opportunity.
Above any professional or business goal, I want to be someone who never stops learning, who enjoys solving complex problems, who leads with integrity, and who inspires others to build projects with purpose.
If this is the profile you are looking for, I would like to hear from you.
