Qualtrics, Technical Success Manager, 2025 objectives. Portfolio is the annual contract value I am accountable for in Latin America. Renewal and consumption are attainment against the targets set for the year, where consumption measures how much of the platform clients actually put to use. Account recovery refers to previously affected client relationships restored and returned to a stable health status. Each figure appears on the experience page with its role and dates.
Capabilities
What I bring to a team
Four capabilities that have held up across four different functions: product ownership at Kavak, operations and certification at Bee Bags, marketing at Red Bull, and enterprise customer success at Qualtrics. The titles changed. What I do underneath them did not.
Turning an ambiguous problem into a working system
I take a business problem such as attrition, low adoption, or a weak experience program and translate it into a functioning design, integrated with the systems where the data already resides. The method behind it, define the problem, quantify it, and design something that withstands contact with real operations, comes from engineering and transfers to any product.
Owning a number and defending it
I am accountable for adoption, expansion, and renewal across an $8.7M portfolio in Latin America, together with the executive relationships behind it. I met the full renewal target for 2025. Three roles at Qualtrics in under three years, with two promotions, gave me the operational and the commercial view of an account at the same time.
Commercial and product judgement
Product ownership at Kavak, procurement and certification at Bee Bags, and the business plan and financial model behind SOREIA taught me how margin, execution, and customer decisions behave in practice. That perspective is what makes a value conversation credible with an executive audience.
Leading without formal authority
Team lead across four product areas at Qualtrics, co-chair of the accessibility employee resource group in Mexico City, and the person who aligned UX and engineering at Kavak to shorten delivery cycles by 20%. In each case the mandate came from the work rather than from the title.
Customer success is where I work today, and it is work I do well. I am equally interested in product, operations, and roles that do not map neatly onto an existing title. What I look for is a substantive problem, a team that expects me to own it, and room to grow within an international technology company.

What the people I worked for say
Every quote below is from someone I reported to or worked alongside, named with their role and the year. See my recommendations on LinkedIn.
Annette has strong hard skills and is able to deepdive in data, challenge tech people on technical topics and has a great product sense. She also demonstrated very good soft skills and has a natural ability to influence other teams within the company.
I am sure that her constant interest in self-improvement will take her very far in her professional life. Based on all that has been described, I highly recommend Annette Serio for any position that is available to her.
Annette is one of the most resilient, driven, and growth-minded Customer Success Managers I have worked with over the past year. She lives continuous improvement, taking feedback to heart and turning it into immediate action.
One of Annette’s greatest strengths is her courage. She isn’t afraid to make mistakes or shy away from challenges, in fact, she grows because of them. She holds herself to incredibly high standards and never settles for good enough.
Featured venture
SOREIA
SOREIA is a Mexican home fragrance brand I co-founded with Aline Chamlati. Candles and diffusers hand-poured in Mexico, in glass blown by a Mexico City workshop. I am responsible for product development and finance, and I built the business plan and the financial model that guide our growth.
It is also where I apply what I do professionally at a scale where I own every decision, and what I learn there goes straight back into my work with enterprise clients.
